Our Founder

Mr. Emmanuel Della Dzah is the Founder and Managing Director of Prime-MeB Works Ventures, leading with integrity, vision, and entrepreneurial drive.

He began his career in procurement and supply chain at the PPP Projects Office under the Accra Metropolitan Assembly, working with the Ministry of Finance and advisors such as Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, and CPCS. He later served as HSEQ Manager for a contractor with Total Energies, where his leadership earned recognition for an outstanding Health & Safety Management System.

These experiences inspired him to establish Prime-MeB Works Ventures, committed to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality construction and engineering solutions that build trust and lasting value.
