Refurbishment of GOIL Fuel Station, Liberia Road-Accra
The project entailed the full refurbishment of an operational GOIL fuel station, executed within a two-week schedule. Scope of works comprised surface preparation and spraying of the two-island canopy structure, installation of aluminum cladding on selected canopy sections, and complete external painting of the GO Mart building, tank farm, and vent piping system.
Additional works included precision joinery and Aluco panel installation at the lube bay to enhance structural aesthetics and durability. All activities were carried out in accordance with GOIL’s branding and safety standards, ensuring quality finishes and minimal interference with ongoing site operations.
Roofing and Painting Works – Two-Bedroom Residential Building, Kasoa
This project involved the removal and replacement of deteriorated roofing sheets with new, corrosion-resistant materials to improve structural integrity and weather protection of a two-bedroom residential building. The scope also included surface preparation and complete external repainting to enhance both durability and aesthetics of the structure.
All works were executed under strict safety supervision and quality control standards, ensuring a high-quality finish and long-term performance.
Cylinder Spraying and Branding – GOIL Bottling Plant, Kumasi.
This project involved the surface preparation, spraying, and branding of 1,130 LPG cylinders for the GOIL Bottling Plant in Kumasi. The scope of work comprised 470 units of 6kg cylinders, 650 units of 14.5kg cylinders, and 10 units of 52kg cylinders, all finished in GOIL’s corporate color and branding specifications.
High-quality industrial coatings were applied to ensure corrosion resistance, durability, and a uniform finish. The project was successfully completed within a two-week period, in full compliance with GOIL’s safety, quality, and branding standards, thereby enhancing both product presentation and operational reliability at the facility.
Refurbishment Works – GOIL LPG Station, Bunso Junction (Eastern Region)
This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment and branding works at the GOIL LPG Station located at Bunso Junction in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The scope included the refurbishment of a 100,000-liter gas tank and a 35,000-liter water tank, as well as the spraying of cylinder scales to restore their appearance and durability.
Additional works comprised the painting of the gas station building, installation of safety signages along the perimeter fence wall, and branding of the refurbished gas tank in accordance with GOIL’s corporate identity standards.
All works were executed under strict health, safety, and environmental protocols, ensuring a high-quality, durable, and compliant finish across all refurbished components.
LPG Yard Refurbishment – University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC), Legon
Prime-MeB Works proudly led the complete refurbishment of the LPG Yard at UGMC, transforming a critical energy infrastructure into a model of safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Scope of Refurbishment Included:
Protective coating of three LPG storage tanks to enhance durability and corrosion resistance
Installation of advanced fire safety systems, including a water-spraying mechanism designed to cool vessels during emergency scenarios
Full repainting of the LPG yard, restoring visual clarity and structural integrity
Strategic branding and safety signage, featuring clear warnings such as:
No Smoking
No Naked Lights
No Cell Phones
No Unauthorized Entry
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to verify tank integrity without compromising structure
Replacement of pressure gauge valves to ensure accurate monitoring and operational safety

Safety Floor Marking – Goil Cylinder Recirculation Bottling Plant Locations: Asokwa, Kumasi & Tema, Greater Accra

Loading Area and Offloading Area demarcations

Replacement and Servicing of Ceiling Cassette Air Conditioners – GOIL Service Stations
This project involved the replacement and servicing of ceiling cassette air conditioning units across various GOIL Service Stations to enhance cooling efficiency, energy performance, and indoor comfort within retail and office spaces.
The scope of work included the dismantling of defective ceiling cassette units, installation of new systems, and comprehensive cleaning and servicing of existing units—covering both indoor and outdoor components. Damaged ceiling panels were also assessed and repaired to restore aesthetics and maintain air quality standards.
All activities were executed under strict safety protocols, with minimal disruption to ongoing retail operations. The project ensured reliable air-conditioning performance, improved energy efficiency, and extended equipment lifespan across the serviced stations.
Canopy & Forecourt Refurbishment – Goil Service Station, North Legon
Prime-MeB Works delivered a vibrant transformation at the Goil Service Station in North Legon, reinforcing both aesthetics and structural integrity across the forecourt.
Scope of Work Included:
Coating of six island double canopy, restoring their visual appeal and weather resistance with precision spraying techniques
Grinding and spraying of pump cages and pump guards, ensuring corrosion protection and a clean, professional finish
Spraying of perimeter light poles, enhancing visibility and uniformity across the station’s layout
